Jingle Balls (1.58A) (Previously Un-Aired)

Date of Production: 12.08.2005
Theme Song: "Jingle Bell Rock" - The Plastics (from Mean Girls)

Today's our last Creative Writing class, so Dusty's throwing us a pizza party. We all arrive bright and early, sit silently, and just look at the cold pizza that's been on the table since before we walked in. Dusty finally enters the room, looks at us all like we're insane and says, "Hey, why aren't you guys eating? I ordered the pizza an hour ago." Ew.

Bring it!

I bring delicious, homemade Christmas cookies. Really, all by myself I made the... trip to the CVS to buy them. MMmmm. It's a good thing too 'cause that pizza is way too cheesy for me. While eating, we each read excerpts from our best poems/stories from class. Unfortunately, I had to destroy Ambika last week, so she was noticeably absent. *teehee* Too bad we don't get to hear one last Ambika masterpiece for the road.

Dusty tells us how the English Department is so impressed at how well us First-Year students did in a 200-level writing class. That's nice, but I'm just shock at the fact that we're a class with so many talented writers yet we aren't a very tight-knit group. Really, the only people I regularly hang out with outside of class are Kelly, Allyson, Jai, and Ambika. After the party, Jai's off to the Power Lesbian luncheon and I'm off to the Spectrum Grab N Snatch office party.

At the Grab N Snatch, I have a lot more fun than at that boring ass pizza party 'cause the Spectrum staff is full of my peeps. We start the party off listening to some AC/DC song about balls, then Zach talks about his vow of celibacy (whether it was by choice, I can't say), and later on, Steve and I sympathize with each other when it comes to roommates and their XMAS music. Seriously, if I have to hear "All I Want For Christmas Is You" one more time, I'm going to smother that boy in his sleep! "Seasons of Love" has grown on me, but I draw the line at Mariah!

All I Want For Christmas is...YOOOOOOOOOUUUUUUU

At the end of the game of Grab N Snatch, I end up with an annoying monkey keychain, it makes crazy monkey sounds like that cow with the Mad Cow Disease. "Yeah, that'll NEVER get old..." It reminds me of my grandma's response to the singing Snowman that my mom bought her: "OK, that's enough of that." *places hand over Frosty's mouth*
